This proves that there are reasonably priced plots with scenic features still available. This place is elevated and boasts a nice slope. It’s less the 1,000 m to the beach! Balapitiya has hardly any tourism yet (despite its nice beaches), and will, being one of the last unexploited beach stretches, soon appreciate in price. One might build a private home here and 2 – 5 garden cabanas to rent out to tourists.
