Great plot with elevation and sufficient depth to construct buildings that are not disturbed by adjoining road. Existing house is too close to Galle Road but too good to be knocked down. It can be used as staff quarter etc. On a property of that value one would build a villa project, a boutique hotel or even a larger middle class hotel.
