Tom's Opinion
This property has great views and has a nice „African savanna“ look to it. One of the few inland properties that don’t appear “jungle-ish”. This definitely would be a perfect setting for a great villa close to Mirissa and Weligama (7 km being a 15 minute drive). Or why not a small development with a couple of smaller villas / bungalows nicely spaced apart? A plunge pool coming with each villa and a long, rather narrow shared pool for Olympic exercises ;-) And look at the price tag! If that isn’t tempting, what is?
