30 m beach front and the elevation of the land make this property outstandingly attractive. The rocky beach costs you about 25% less than a sandy one, and it looks even more attractive than a sandy beach. An infinity pool will transform this feature into a piece of art. The elevation creates views much more spectacular than flat lands.
Not having a sandy beach right in front has the advantage that you will not having fishermen or tourists walking by the water. Rocky beach mean better views and absolute privacy.
That’s why I give this one five stars.
