I love this place for its ponds and the coconut palms. Talking of ponds: they are NOT the breeding grounds of mosquitoes! Too many fish, frogs etc. are hunting for insect larvae to let that happen.

With 800 m to the beach is just still walking distance – definitely a bicycle (free of charge) would do. Eco resort, Ayurveda hotel or holiday home would perfectly fit in here.

And where is written that a plot for a boutique hotel or villa needs to be on an  expensive land?
